Therapy for Therapists & Helper Professionals | Bozeman MT & Colorado
Therapy for Therapists & Helper-Professionals
Being the one others turn to doesn’t make you immune to your own pain. Therapists, clinicians, and other helping professionals often hold stories, responsibility, and attunement so consistently that there’s little room left for their own.
Finding a therapist that fits as a therapist is difficult. You may have tried before and left feeling like you were being analyzed, judged, or that you could catch all the regular techniques that come with sitting on both sides of the table.
You deserve a space that honors both: your clinical wisdom and your human experience.
In this work, I hold firm professional boundaries while offering clear, grounded, and no-nonsense therapy, the kind that respects your intelligence, experience, and need for genuine reflection over platitudes.
Common themes I work with include:
Compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma
Perfectionism and internalized pressure to “know better”
General life stress that comes along with holding SO MUCH space (I get it!)
Imposter feelings or burnout
Emotional numbness or cynicism
Loss of meaning or disconnection from purpose
The complexity of being both clinician and client
But also lets work on what you want to work on….. this doesn’t have to be about being a therapist at all…you can just be you and human
I primarily work in a lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting, modalities that help therapists work at the level of nervous system and parts, not just cognition. Sessions focus on cultivating internal space, clarity, and integration so you can return to your work and relationships with renewed presence. Don’t worry, we can just talk too….
I offer therapy for therapists and other helper-professionals in Bozeman, Montana, and across Colorado via secure telehealth.
