Psychotherapy using EMDR, ART, IFS, and Brainspotting
You are meant to come home to yourself
At the heart of this work is the knowing that your system already holds the capacity to heal. Even when life asks more of you than it feels like you can give, that strength is still there waiting to be met with steadiness, clarity, and care. Therapy here is deliberate: grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Brainspotting and somatic approaches that build inner leadership, nervous system capacity, and emotional integration. Expect a quiet space, honest feedback, and work that respects your time.

Support that fits
EMDR
EMDR helps the nervous system reprocess painful memories so they lose intensity and resolve naturally. A proven, evidence-based approach for trauma, anxiety, and stress.
ART
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) uses guided eye movements to help the brain reprocess distressing memories and sensations quickly and gently.
IFS
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you understand and heal the inner parts that carry pain and protection. A gentle, effective path toward greater self-leadership and inner harmony.
BrainSpotting
Brainspotting is a focused therapy technique that helps to process unresolved trauma or emotional pain by identifying eye positions that correlate with internal experiences.
I’m Katie
Nature has always been my anchor, the place I go to breathe, recalibrate, and remember what matters. That same grounded presence shapes how I approach therapy: attuned, steady, and real.
I’ve always believed that healing doesn’t happen through fixing ourselves but through learning to listen—really listen—to what’s happening inside. My work integrates IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting and somatic therapy, helping clients build inner steadiness and live from a more connected, authentic place.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space that helps you come back to yourself.
“I have tried other therapies for over 30 years and never found the fit. Until now. Katie doesn't just tell me that I'm safe, she makes me feel that I am safe in her presence. She is kind and patient in a way that other therapists have not been. I highly recommend her for anyone who has complex trauma to work through.
