Welcome.
I’m Katie, a psychotherapist based in Bozeman, Montana, offering therapy for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and stuck patterns. Licensed both in Montana and Colorado, my work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and respect for the complexity of being human.
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic therapy approaches that help you develop steadier inner leadership, deepen self-understanding, and create lasting change from the inside out. My role is to offer a grounded space where every part of you is welcome, where healing isn’t about perfection, but about connection.
I’m committed to inclusive, trauma-informed care that honors identity, intersectionality, and lived experience. Whether you’re processing loss, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to feel more at home within yourself, therapy with me is collaborative, deliberate, and deeply human.
When I’m not in session, I’m often outside trail running, biking, or skiing in the backcountry with my dog Wren close by. If in-person she will join sessions, offering her own kind of steadyiness only found in the soft fur and kind presence of an animal.

Heroww (Hello)
I’m Wren, a certified therapy dog and full-time assistant to Katie. My work is simple but important: to help people feel, be a grounding support, and put you at ease. I’ve learned that sometimes the presence of another, especially a soft teddy bear like myself, can say more than words ever could.
I take pride in my calm energy, my reliable goofiness, and my ability to remind humans to slow down and breathe. Outside the office, I’m happiest roaming trails, chasing my ball or finding the perfect patch of sunlight to nap in.
